1. Introduction

2. Processing Deadlines
Orders are processed within 2 (two) business days after payment confirmation.
Delivery times may vary depending on the customer's region, the shipping method chosen, and product availability.
3. Shipping Methods
We deliver via the Post Office and/or partner carriers.
The customer may choose the delivery method available at the time of purchase (PAC, SEDEX or equivalent).
4. Shipping Costs
The shipping cost is calculated automatically at the time of purchase, considering the weight, dimensions and destination of the order.
Any free shipping promotions will be duly informed on the purchase page.
5. Order Tracking
After shipping, the customer will receive a tracking code to track the delivery directly on the carrier's or post office's website.
It is the customer's responsibility to track the status of the order after posting.
6. Responsibilities
The company undertakes to send the product correctly packaged and in accordance with the purchase made.
After posting, responsibility for delivery passes to the carrier or the Post Office, without prejudice to the assistance we may provide in the event of delays.
The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate address. In the event of a return due to an incorrect address or no recipient, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping costs.
If the order is returned to sender, we will contact the customer to confirm their cancellation. A refund will only be issued after confirmation.
In case of loss or misplacement, the carrier and/or postal service are responsible. We will file a refund request with the carrier and, in the meantime, work with the customer to find the most appropriate solution.
7. Delivery Times
Delivery estimates are provided at the time of purchase and may vary depending on the destination.
External factors such as strikes, weather conditions or local restrictions may cause delays over which we have no direct control.
